WHAT FITNESS LEVEL IS THE TRAINING GUIDE DESIGNED FOR?
The Training Guide is designed for all fitness levels, and all ages. It is a mix of high intensity, strength, resistance and plyometric training. Depending on your level, you are able to choose which dumbbell weight range you would like to use for the exercises. Anna has included a suggested weight range next to each individual exercise in the plan that calls for the use of weights, therefore you can customize the weight according to your comfort level, and then continue to push yourself to work even harder from there!
