Hi ladies! :) If you don't already know about my own personal journey, I want to take a minute to tell you why and how I became so passionate about helping women change their life. It began with my own journey, starting out as a girl who knew next to nothing about nutrition or fitness. To be honest, eating healthy and exercising was the last thing I wanted to do and I was happy with the way I looked! Unfortunately, I began experiencing health problems that required me to either change my habits, or allow my health to continue to spiral out of control. I have been in the position of needing to change my habits with very little desire to do so which is why I understand exactly how challenging it is, but it is also why I know just how possible it is to achieve your goals when you put your mind to it. When I started my journey, I began studying and researching what I needed to do (this was three years ago and no guides like FBG were available) and I became so interested in what I was learning because it was so opposite what I had grown up living and knowing. Since my journey did not start due to me being upset with weight gain or body image, I am extremely passionate about helping women learn how to love themselves, from beginning to end. You shouldn't exercise or eat healthy because you hate your body - you should exercise and eat healthy because you love your body. I am passionate about showing women how to fuel and nourish their bodies to get the results they deserve, and look and FEEL their best. This is what true beauty and true confidence is about - it's about being healthy, happy, setting goals and achieving them. I can't wait to help you do just that!




Words can't describe how proud I am of @chantalfitness for her 12 week fbg progress! She is beautiful no matter what, but now she is energized and motivated to continue working after her goals because throughout these twelve weeks she learned how just how capable she really is. She pushed herself these entire 12 weeks, had school and finals and other ups and downs that come with life, and she fought to work through them every single day. Not every day was easy, but it doesn't have to be in order to be successful, you just can't give up!



How amazing is @emily.fbg?! She has been working her little booty off these last 8 weeks!! She told me her journey hasn't been perfect up to now but look at her - she looks amazing and is getting great progress!! That's because it's not about being perfect. It's about doing your best each day, and on those days you get knocked down, you just get right back up - THAT is how you will succeed!



@shoelessrunner looked amazing before, but she feels stronger now! She is a runner who wanted to begin strength training in order to overcome a plateau, and this is her progress after four weeks of the fit body guides. I think we can all agree she looks amazing before and after, but what's important is SHE feels stronger. A journey isn't always about how you look, it's about how you feel!



How amazing does @fbg.victoria look after her 12 week accountability FBG photos?? 😀 She looked great before, and she looks amazing after (look at how flat that tummy is! 😍) but most importantly her views on food and eating have totally changed. She learned that food = fuel and eating according to your goals is what will help you achieve those goals 🙌 meaning the more you work out, the more food your body needs



Hello abs! @rachelleigh.fbg 12 week FBG (fit body guide) progress! This amazing girl is a flight attendant meaning she is always traveling, has long hours, and she made no excuses! We are all dealt the hand of cards that we are, and whether you think some may have it easier than you do is not relevant. What is relevant is how you are going to make it work for YOU. Everyone has reasons for why they can't, those are easy to come up with. I want to hear why you CAN



"I bought the ebook and read the whole thing on my drive home from our Christmas vacation. It was extremely helpful. I immediately felt relief after reading it because it gave me the motivation I needed to get back on track after the holidays. So far I have followed it for 4 weeks and I will continue to follow it because it fits easily into my schedule and I never feel deprived or hungry. The book has a lot of fun facts and the grocery list helped me a lot with picking the right foods. So far I've lost 8 lbs in 30 days and have my confidence back!"
