WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE TRAINING GUIDE?

The Training Guide is based of high intensity, strength, resistance and plyometric training.

 

There are two groups of workout days:

 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Strength Training Circuits: 30 minutes long.

 

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Cardio + Ab Training Circuits: 30-45 minutes long.

 

Sunday is a full rest day.
