WHAT TYPES OF WORKOUTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE TRAINING GUIDE?

The Training Guide is based of high intensity, strength, resistance and plyometric training.

There are two groups of workout days:

 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Strength Training Circuits: 30 minutes long.
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - Cardio + Ab Training Circuits: 30-45 minutes long.
  • Sunday is a full rest day.
