Anna has chosen this structure of meals to allow for meal prep and to help you save money on grocery shopping. If the meals are different every day, meal prep is not possible and this would also result in very high grocery costs. However, if you would like a different meal than what is suggested, there is an “Alternate Meals” section where you can pick from other meal options! These meals will change every week throughout the 12 weeks.

Anna is passionate about helping people eat as healthy as they possibly can, no matter where they live. Her Meal Plan Guide is suitable for people from all over the world.
Do I need a gym membership to follow the training guide?
If you would like to work out with FBG Round 1 and 2 Training Guides in a gym, you absolutely can but it is not required! You can work out at home, at the park, wherever you are most comfortable. The only pieces of equipment you will need for the Training Guide are dumbbells, a jump rope, and a yoga mat! All items can also be substituted with other equipment if you need.
Round 2.1 requires the use of barbells and is therefore designed to be done in a gym.
What fitness level is the training guide designed for?
The FBG Round 1 Training Guide is designed for all fitness levels. It is a mix of high intensity, strength, resistance and plyometric training. Depending on your level, you are able to choose which dumbbell weight range you would like to use for the exercises. Anna has included a suggested weight range next to each individual exercise in the plan that calls for the use of weights, therefore you can customize the weight according to your comfort level.
Once you finish Round 1, you can continue to Round 2 and eventually 2.1 which will push you to work even harder for continuous progress and long-term results.
What type of workouts are included in the training guide?
The FBG Round 1 and 2 Training Guides include high intensity, strength, resistance and plyometric training.
There are two groups of workout days:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Strength Training Circuits: 30 minutes long.
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday – Cardio + Ab Training Circuits: 30-45 minutes long.
- Sunday is a full rest day.
The FBG Round 2.1 Training Guide includes medium intensity, strength and lifting superset exercises.
There are two groups of workout days:
- Monday, Thursday, Saturday – Strength Training Circuits: 45 minutes long.
- Tuesday, Friday – Cardio + Ab Training Circuits: 30-45 minutes long.
- Wednesday, Sunday are full rest days.
What is the time duration of the workouts?
Each Strength Training workout only takes 30 minutes, and the Cardio + Abs workouts take 30-45 minutes. Round 1 and 2 are designed to be high intensity workouts that will help you to both tone and lean out at the same time. Anna’s guide is about working out smarter, not harder! The best of both worlds is what will help you get results.
What is the difference between Round 1, 2, and 2.1? What should I choose?
FBG Round 1 and Round 2 are circuit based and you can do them from home or the gym. The goal is to finish the workouts in 30 minutes and are high intensity exercises using 5lb -30lb dumbbells and body weight moves.
The difference between Round 1 and Round 2 is that Round 2 introduces new moves, increases the weight and reps, plus has an additional focus on proper form and proper breathing.
FBG 2.1 introduces barbell exercises, needs a gym membership and is superset based. The goal is to finish the workouts in 45 minutes. The exercises are medium intensity performed with medium weight. We recommend following FBG 2.1 if you are more experienced in the gym and/or your focus in more on muscle building and strengthening.
If your goal is to really lean down and maintain muscle tone, FBG 1 would be a great place to start and you can progress to FBG 2 thereafter. If you’re not used to high intensity workouts, they will be a really good challenge even if you’re familiar with working out. You can always choose the weight recommendation that best suits your fitness level!
If you’re looking to lean down but gain a bit more muscle, that’s where 2.1 would be best.

Why do I need to create a second instagram account to join the community?
The reason is very simple: because in Anna’s experience of helping thousands of women transform their lives and their bodies, these women are much more likely to see success when a part of the community. If someone uses their personal account, they are much less likely to share their struggles so openly and honestly since family and friends are watching. Joining the community gives you a safe place to track your journey and to be held accountable. 83% of women see more success when joining the community! You can put your page on private if you have any privacy concerns.
