Spooky Smoothie Bowls

Bat Bowl

Ingredients:

Coconut Milk: 1 cup
Bananas: 120g
Peanut Butter: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

Blend the ingredients and pour the smoothie into a bowl. Decorate using Chia Seeds for the eyes and a Strawberry for the mouth. Use paper for wings and tape them to the bowl for an extra batty touch. Enjoy!

 

Pumpkin Bowl

Ingredients:

Mangos: 80g
Frozen Bananas: 120g
Coconut Milk: 1 cup
Almond Milk: 1 cup
Honey: 2 tsp

Instructions:

Blend the ingredients and pour the smoothie into a bowl. Decorate using Chia Seeds + Coconut Shavings for the eyes and Strawberries for the cheeks. Enjoy!
